If Golf is your passion, or you just fancy a round, Ryde Golf club is literally a 2 minute walk and one of the islands finest pubs, The Flemming Arms, is a 10 minute stroll, great food, including Sunday Roast and has its own farm shop with local produce

Gwydyr House is a part of an imposing stone-built period property adjoining a manor house property visited by Queen Victoria, now 2 stunning holiday homes. A 10 minute walk, to the town's popular shops, bars and restaurants, and the Esplanade with its pretty harbour and beautiful beaches, whilst being on the outskirts, offering large gardens for kids and dogs to enjoy and ample parking 

The property stands in its own grounds in a quiet neighbourhood with a private residents' car park.  It has an impressive frontage with ornamental stonework quoins around the windows, set in pretty front gardens  and lovely fenced back gardens. Busses are frequent, stop virtually outside and can take you all around the island, alternatively you can cycle all over the island, there are more cycle paths than roads!
